Suggestions for Reasonably Priced Red Dot Sights?

What are you putting it on? what will you be using it for?, do you need different reticles or one is fine.....
I use a Tasco 1x32mm Red Dot ( PDTS132 ). As long as you fold down the rear sight and flip up the front ( as a reference point ) it works great. Other than having to tighten it up on the receiver now and then it does the job. For $120 from SIR Mailorder it is well worth it. My buddy has an Ecco ( $600 ); it's not as pretty as his but it works just as good. Anyone who picks up my gun can hit the target at 100 m.

Aimpoint clones offered on Ebay and 1337tactical work great for me on my 10/22. Others have had similar luck with AR's so should survive on a 9mm.
