I'm building a PRS 6GT build and trying to decide on a quality one piece scope mount.

My only preference is I would like to keep it Canadian Made.

Willing to hear any suggestions

If you end up not going Canadian made, the new American Rifle Company M-Brace looks awesome. I have no experience with the Canadian offerings as I only run ARC rings or a masterpiece arms mount. My next mount will be the M-Brace.

I think Spuhr are so far ahead with their products that i don't mind where they are made... as long as they are from Spuhr. I even use their pica rails now.

I am running a 34mm NEAR manufacturing Alpha mount. He is based out of Camrose AB. Absolute perfection in machining. He is very particular and will match your required mount to what you are currently running for gear/what you plan to run for gear. Quality can’t be beat.

Near Mfg for Canadian made. I think Richard's mounts are on par with anything out there. He has outstanding customer service as well. I see alot of guys running Sphur mounts especially in the US but nobody seems to use the features unique to them, almost seems more of a status thing. Imo I think they are overpriced for what most people use them for and I have seen them crack as well. Thats just my opinion though and people are free to spend their hard earned money as they choose

Fixed it for you.

Another vote for Near. Just beautiful and functionally perfect. Richard was able to build me a 60moa rail and mount combo for a fairly obscure action.

The adjustable Era-Tac is definitely a nice mount but kinda overkill for a 6GT PRS build (being that the cant is adjustable and it costs at least 2x what most of the other suggestions cost). For an ELR build, that's a different story.

Agree 100%. For what its designed for but not applicable for a PRS build/rifle.
