Does anyone know what magazine extension I should get for my sulun tac-12. Most part are normal m4 but I have a m4 magazine extension and it don't work. I have a M4 +1 magazine extension, the magazine extension that came on it and a stock m4 magazine extension. All screw together but the M4 +1 magazine extension just won't screw on to the shotgun. I gets like 2 treads and then stops. Looked and cant see why it stops. Starting to think I get a badly manufactured +1 magazine extension.

Sound like maybe the threads aren't the same. If the thread count or pitch is dissimilar, it'll start on the threads then bind. Don't force it. Get the proper extension, and sorry I don't know where those could be purchased.

Its a s&j hardware magazine extension Benelli m4 +1. I know there is a turknelli one with different threads. Maybe its just stupid tight.

Sounds like a thread mismatch, not just tight. A lot of Tac-12 and Turknelli tubes aren’t true Benelli M4 spec even though they’re marketed as “M4 compatible” so could be a qc issue? If it starts then binds after a couple turns, the pitch/diameter is likely slightly off so don’t force it.

Okay, here's what I found so far. The stock Benelli M4 extension screws on no problem. The cap also screws on to it no problem. The magazine extension that came with the gun of course works fine. The threads for the cap are the same as the threads for the magazine. So the real Benelli M4 extension is completely interchangeable with the real sulun M4. Interesting enough. The s&j hardware M4 extension the cap screws on and the m for original extension screws into the back of it. No problem. The only time anything has any problems screwing on is when the M4 s&j hardware extension tries to screw on too the shotgun. I'm starting to think this is a case of tolerance stacking problems. Because the threads on the shotgun are Benelli M4 standard..

It's likely your gun. You just never know what you are going to get with Turkish guns.
Can you name the brand of turkey M4 you have?
