Super Sniper VS Falcon Menace

Yes I know it's optics.....but the precision forum is where all the know-how is!

Wondering if anybody has some insight with how the Falcon Menace 10X scope stacks up against the Super Sniper 10X?

I'm picking up a new rifle (when it arrives) and I'm leaning toward the Menace with MP20 reticle. Just wanted to check to see if some of you guys had some ideas before I make a final decision. I already have the Merlin 4-14x42 and it seems to be a good scope.

I'm also open to any suggestions for the set-up in general, this is what I'm looking at:
- Savage 10FCP HS Precision stock, 24" barrel , .308 (or McMillan version with 26" barrel and have it cut to 24")
- Menace 10X (or Super Sniper)
- TPS Rings and 0 MOA base...(I assume there is no need for a MOA base given the large internal adjustment of the Menace and Super Sniper?)
- Harris Bipod 9-13 swivel

Depending on how long the Savage takes to arrive, I may start to look for an LTR.

I would just as soon support Canadian businesses like CyberK on this forum rather than send my money to the US for the Super Sniper, as long as I am getting bang for the buck!

Oh yes....I want to eventually shoot 1000yards with this set-up.

I found a review of the Falcon Menace at ww.snipercentral.com/menace.htm, they seemed to think that it was the Super Sniper's nearest competitor. So based on their positive review and with the other positive reviews here on CGN I bought one for my LTR. I haven't actually used it yet, but it seems well built and the optics are very clear.
