I believe that this is made by Syrac Ordance http://www.syracordnance.com/ and it can be bought through az tech armory

My understanding is that the Syrac ones are pretty similar (they co-own the patent with Superlative), but the new Superlative ones have a bleed-off function that the Syracs lack. I'd really like to find a seller for them. CTC supplies has an import deal with Rainier Arms, but Rainier has been out of stock on them for months.

Rainier has had a very hard time to get these from Superlative - there is a significant wait period for these.

I'm signed up for auto notification if they come back in stock.... If they do come in before I find them somewhere else you can expect an order from me. I want one of their Force Mod 2 rails anyway.
