I have a SuperNova Tactical, with the 14" barrel and collapsible stock.

Today I was trying to sight it in with slugs and when the rear is turned all the way 'down' it still about 6-8" high. I'm actually getting decent (for me) groupings at 100y of about 5-7" but every shot is high. I'm actually sitting the target on top of the post, rather than my preferred 'bead on the target'....so it is actually more like a foot high at 100y.
Is it possible to adjust the front post higher? It's not in the manual, but looks like it might be adjustable

.

I had this problem on my 18.5" when I switched to meprolight night sights. The mepro front post was shorter than the factory post so it shot high with the elevation maxed out. I wound up making 2 front sights out of one to get the height I need. Basically I cut the threaded shank off the mepro fsp leaving a little unthreaded shank. Then I cut the post off the factory fsp and drilled a small hole in the center to use the stub on the mepro to index the 2 sights together. I epoxied them together and problem solved. I speculate you could shim your front sight up higher to do the same provided you have enough thread to do so. Heres a couple pics of what I did with mine:

Both posts modified (factory left, mepro right)

And finally epoxied and sanded. Later I painted it flat black.

Hope this helps
