Does anyone know if there is a Canadian Supplier of These? They are about 129-149 at Brownells, which is at least 29 over their limit for shipping evil gun stuff to us igloo bound Canadians.

Doesn't matter. Brakes are now on the ITAR SME list, and require the paper before there is any chance of export.

I have the Surefire muzzle brake and to be honest, there are better brakes out there like the PWS brake.

Brownells won't ship one to you. People do have them in Canada.
I've seen them sell on EE for well over $200.
I know one American dealer that told me they were on a 6 month back-order with Surefire.
