Surefire WarComp

Always been critical & leery about dual purpose devices, however the new Surefire WarComp flash/brake eliminator works very well for its intended purpose. During the testing phase we have fired several thousand rounds through the WarComp, it's had various user ranging from beginner to professional / comment on how effective it is & that includes suppressed / unsuppressed use / low light / NVG use.









At this time the SF WarComp is ITAR & not available for commercial consumption yet.

It created the least concussion of all the brakes I have tried, being a hybrid brake it really surprised me even on the 10.5 " upper.

You can't compare the two really, one is a straight brake & produces huge flash / the other is designed to be a effective LE/MIL device by providing both flash & brake ability - overall the MB556K is a better brake / but as I said earlier it comes with heavy concussive blast & flash / trying shooting your MB556K by a solid wall...

Sorry to hear that foxbat. How long did you spend staying at the hospital?

Not too long.....and as soon as I got home, I sold/traded/gave away all of my brakes.
And thus, ended the sermon.

The drilled holes on the warcomp, are they just on the top 1/2 of the brake/flashider or do they go all the way around?
