Is there ANYWHERE in Canada that you can buy military surplus 30-06 ammo?

I haven't seen any. You can always use Winchester White box or American Eagle with 150 FMJ in 30-06.

There have never been case lots of .30 M2 ammo, up here. Have seen a single one in 30 plus years. It's not readily available Stateside either. Reload.

Theres boat loads of the greek 30-06 surplus in the USA. CMP even sells it already loaded in en bloc clips. Just need a way to bring it home without spending a night in a holding cell with some anal-ease.

LMAO......ain't that the truth.

It is for a garand, and I do plan on getting an adjustable gas plug for it, I was just hoping to get some surplus ammo because it's usually alot cheaper than factory stuff.
Has anybody tried any of the Winchester super X 150 grain FMJ in their garand? Do you think it would cause any damage?
