Surplus 7.62x38R Nagant available in the US now

Looking south of the border, there appears to be surplus 7.62x38R ammo for Nagant revolvers available now. Russian surplus, 1977-1979.

Any chance of a dealer bringing any of this stuff in for us to enjoy as well? Always nice to have a bigger pile of ammo for a good day at the range. Although you're almost better off drawing another loaded revolver instead of trying to reload one of them. I'm sure the surplus would have a bit more pop to it compared to the commercial stuff, too.

forget commercial stuff, I bought one of these revolvers and haven't been able to find any brass or loaded stuff in Canada.

I've got a decent stash (relative to how much I shoot my Nagant) but I'm sure 1,000 round cases of surplus would make a lot of Nagant owners very happy..

We are looking into it, but as usual, NRCAn is the stumbling block.

We have the new stuff pretty regularly.

Im surprised they produced 7.62 nagant into the 70's. The revolvers are a great price so hopefully getting some cheap(ish) surplus into Canada would be a possibility.
