Does anyone know a current source for bulk/surplus 7.62x54R in Canada? Looking for 2-3k. Thanks.

Let your fingers do the walking. There are dozens of ammo suppliers in Canada who pay to advertise and support CGN. Give them a whirl. And, if you don't see it on their websites, send them a message. I have found that some suppliers don't always keep their websites as up to date as the customers expect.

Non-steel core 7.62x54r... There are not that many options to chose from.
- Some Yugo surplus
- Barnaul/Wolf "bulk"

Bulk x grain projectiles, remove projectile from bulk and reload.
Reload with new/fired materials.

Search: (specific projectile) 7.62x54r. You'll have better luck
