Surplus deer tags in Ontario?

No the solution in 92 is put more hunters in a already overrun area to piss off all the landowners. I have been trying to have the MNR produce the tag numbers for 92 for 2016 controlled hunts and in 5 requests, one from the MPP, nada. Looks like someones trying to hide the fact they increased hunters in the area by 3 fold.

A direct result of biologists that don't leave their office.

To those that get extras, enjoy and good luck

i am confused a wee bit.
for some wmu it says antlered and anterless
for some only antlerless

normally you apply for your main tag for antlerless in the draw (which i haven't heard anything back from, when is the date to get your tag in the mail or online?) which allows you to shoot buck or doe

for surplus tag, since they are differentiating anterlered and anterleless vs anterless only depending on wmu, are they wanting only doe hunted to curb population in some areas and you can't hunt antlered with the anterless tag?

Right extras are only good for does

On Ontario you buy a deer lic that gives you the right to hunt for a buck.we must put into draws for most doe tags.and also draws for the controlled hunt areas.surplus tags come into play on areas were there is not enough hunters to cover the amount of tags given out.so after the draws the rest are put up for sale. In most cases thy are for does
