Svd at work

Maybe under a Maxime government us Canadians will one day be able to own a NR SVD .... one can only dream at this point... voting and writing letters probably helps too haha

we ripped the cocking handle off that damn M3 grease gun to many times ahhhhh the flashbacks of borden LOL

The m3 is a little beat up. This one is in Gagetown.

Yup, I just went through Borden's vault yesterday. All the good and fun weapons are in Gagetown for the DP3s but I guess they will bring them back when the DP3 also comes back to Borden. At least we have one fun H&K MP5SDN still and a smoothbore franken Colt XM177E2 and some other, more standard stuff in terrible shape.

When I was in Borden in 96 the vault had a lot more oddities in it then. Even here in Gagetown there really isn't much in the way of odd guns. The inf school has lots of weird and wonderful things in their vault. That MP5 I shot on my threes. Cosgrove let us shoot pumpkins with it. I have the video some where.

When I'm working the cfsme this summer I'll have to try to get into their vault and see what goodies they have

You should see the foreign weapons in a few of the cansof vaults. Incredible.

I have to say I fired 3 or 4 different SVD type weapons (including the actual SVD) and wasnt terribly impressed.

Nice pics Angry.

I was on my DP3 in Gagetown and those foreign wpns were in rough shape, the two FA skorpans were n/s :( I was hoping to shoot both at once N64 goldeneye style.

Ha! I also dreamt of doing this a long time ago. I guess I'll have to settle for civi ones.

None shoot well with low grade Machine gun ammo... also many battle field pick up's have damage/worn bores.
