What did I do?





I put a piece of fabric under the shoulder thing that goes up... I mean the barrel shroud. I also sand the barrel channel until the barrel didn't touch the stock anywhere in the channel. Made a major difference. Just don't let it get hot or else the accuracy drops very fast. I liked my SVT-40 before just because of how it looked. Now I love the rifle and want another one. I'm taking this one hunting this season for sure.

Apparently the Germans removed the cleaning rod well shooting and I have heard this has a great affect on accuracy.
