SVT-40 and heavy grain ammo?

Quick question.

I intend to go hunting, utilizing my svt and I would plan on using 203gr mfs soft tips. Now would using heavy grain ammo on the svt adversely effect the rifle in anyway?

The gas system is adjustable for a wide variety of ammunition.
