Just wondering how you guys run your SVT 40 bolt wet or dry?
I just lightly oil everything after cleaning. I don't add any more before I shoot her again. Maybe a drop or two on the rails that the bolt carrier moves along. I also just finished stripping the bolt and bolt carrier of the horrible plumb finish and returned her to her wartime glory.
What is the reason from the plumb-coloured coating?
I got that naval stock version with the silver bolt, am I special?
