Svt-40 scope issue

Bought a refurbed svt-40 scope moment ago from a cgner and decided few days ago to try it with my svt sniper.
After the first few shots everything was ok then after, the top turret start to loose and the reticle move up and down just by touching the tourret. Im not sure what is the issue and Im kind of hesitant to open it.

Anyone using an original refurbed svt scope had this issue before ? I have no clue how I can fix that
