They're bayonet grips.
They're wooden assault grips used to make the SVT-40 1,000,000x more deadly. They screw onto the rear of the stock for that scary and deadly assault rifle look. When installed, they also make the gun full auto and automatically expand the mag to hold 48 rounds of armor-piercing long range mayhem.
Seriously, they're just bayo grips... but a Lieberal could be easily fooled into the above!
