SVT gas systems comes loose with firing

What am I doing wrong. Snug everything up with my wrench. Shoot 20-30 rounds, stops cycling, gas system has come so loose you can turn adjustment setting with your fingers.What is this dummy doing wrong? Thanks
 
I would hazard a guess that you have not torqued the gas tube enough. They will loosen if not snugged up pretty firmly.
