SVT parts in Canada?

Just picked up an SVT-40 to go with my SKS and M-N.

Liking it so far, but a bit of a pain to disassemble, at least compared to the SKS.

Is there a dealer in Canada who stocks much in the way of replacement parts for the SVT-40?

No spare parts in Canada, a few available at Numrich in the USA.

i had the same problem but with further inspection i found out that you have to close the back cover (behind the receiver where you have to open the cover and push that tube forward to release the trigger group)

Practice makes perfect. I'm no maintenance master, but I just did an SVT, SKS, and TT33 in 1.5 hours. I agree that the SVT trigger group can be a b!tch to remove on some rifles. On others its a snap. I find that cleaning out the muzzle brake is a chore, especially on 6 hole guns.

Not really worth it buying a spare kit or parts since the guns are so cheap.

for $300 just buy another gun and use it for spares!
