SVT40 Sniper Markings?

Hello,

Just unpacked this baby and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on these markings? Import marks is what I'm thinking... The one on the barrel and the tiny eagle over the "N" on the left of the receiver.

They are German proof marks. Where did you find that beauty?

I found this on my internet travels. I guess they exported them:

I checked out the website, but I don't see anywhere on it to get the english version.

I got it from the last Simpson's auction in March. I will have to post some more pictures as it was disassembled for cleaning when I posted the original pics.
