I'm old skool I hold my head with my neck and shoot no resting my Mellon on a rifle could get that eye disease called scope eye. Check your eye after shooting to make sure you didn't get scope eye.

Thats not old "Skool", that's just piss poor shooting technique. If you scope your self your holding your rifle wrong, probably more likely to do it the way your describing.
