SW MP 40 SW barrel

Can anyone point me in the direction of a place I can find a S&W M&P 40 S&W 4.25" barrel. This will be for a gen 1 M&P, any help would be appreciated.

are you looking for an after-market one or a factory one?
Murray Charlton used to be the parts guy for Canada for Smith and Wesson if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for the info. I am looking for either, I have contacted wolverine supplies as they are a S&W warranty station and they can order one but not sure how long it would take to get one. I found a place that can get me a KKM barrel and I could possibly have it in June, so far this looks to be the quickest one to get and from what I have read KKM makes a better barrel than the factory barrel.

I have a KKM barrel in .40 and a conversion barrel from them in 9x19, both for my Gen1 M&P40, and they work great - I'd highly recommend them. Having said that I'll take a peek around for my OEM .40 barrel and if I can find it I'll reach out to you...

I was able to source a OEM barrel so I no longer need one, thanks for the help.

Don45.Could you tell me where you were able to find a barrel as M&P parts seem to be harder to come by than the good old 1911 parts..Thanks.
