I did end up taking it to Bullseye, and they took it offsite to do.
While Frontiersmen is local here, they are still fairly new and inexperienced.
Called Wortners before the original post, but they don't do barrel work it seems.
Gobles does, but it was hard to get answers as the gunsmith was gone everytime I called.
Action wrench and barrel clamp would have been over $200 ib tools, and a random machine shop likely doesnt have the tooling to reference the axis off the bore, as this is to be a precision rifle.
