I have a question for you guys. I want to use lighter bullets for my 7.62x25 rounds, and see nothing smaller than 85grains but there are a few 60 to 80 grain bullets in 0.312" diameter. I am thinking about making "screamers" where nothing matters but velocity. So, how do I re-size jacketed bullets? Is there any resizing kit on a market that will work or will I have to make my own rig? What would it be like - pushing through smaller hole or is it more like squishing bullets in some kind of pliers with the hole in them? Or can I cold roll bullets to shrink their diameter? What is better in terms of possible jacket separation with all those manipulations. Any ideas?
