Buddy of mine has an older set of Swarovski EL that have recently developed an issue. One of the twist eye pieces (to accommodate eyeglass wearers) has a significant cant (about 5 degrees) and wont twist down squarely to the body. You can twist it up and down, just not squarely to sit on the body.
I plan on contacting the Swarovski service department directly, just curious is anyone else has experienced this. Tried to gently force it back to square but decided against it, in case I damage anything. I'll try to post pics soon.
