I own a z6 and a couple Victory scopes. I personally prefer the Victory scopes.
Both have excellent glass but the Victory scopes are somewhat superior in my opinion. The Zeiss glass is more natural and doesn't suffer from the rolling-ball effect caused by flat-field lenses. The Zeiss also seem to have massive field of view with virtually no edge ring. The Swaro is good in this regard but the Zeiss is better.
The Swaro is lighter in general and the turrets have mushier clicks. The Zeiss feels more robust all around. The finish on both are excellent.
