Looking for some feedback on the z3.

How is the eye Box compared to the leupold?
How's does it compare to a zeiss diavari?

I have a leupold vx3L and I am wondering of this is worth te extra money...

Eye relief is great, will hold better zero, will take more punishment, glass, no comparison, especially in low light, you cannot really buy a better hunting scope, I would consider its glass to be better than Schmidt and Bender (have owned them all)

I consider the glass and coatings superior to the VX3 and Conquest,and it is lighter than the VX3 as well.I have found the 1" Swarovski scopes to be very dependable.
