Swedish Mauser Handguard Ring

Anyone happen to know where I might be able to get a handguard collet ring? My m1896 is missing its for some reason and I'd like it to be complete. I see quite a number on US sites, typically for quite cheap, but I would need somewhere that would be willing to ship to Canada. Already checked TraderEx and P&S. Thanks!

Numrich in the US. Since they have dropped the export fee It isn't that bad to get parts from them. My last order was over $700 CAD and it was $45 to ship.
