Swedish type 81 configuration??

Came across this type 81 with a keymod handguard and buffer tube stock on a swedish website.

Does anyone know if this is a factory produced configuration? Can tactical imports bring in this furniture? Looks to me to have the same 18.5" barrel and front sight as our type 81m.

Actually it looks very similar to the type 81 posted in another thread

So seems like a European importer was able to bring these into europe. How come we never got any of these here? Is it because these were not specifically manufactured semi-auto receivers? Seems like that swedish site also has the iwi x95 msw that got prohibited here for not being a factory semi auto receiver.
