The single shoulder strap combined with the waste band works very well. It is like 3.5 inches wide and very comfortable.
I think this will be great for the stealthy trips from the front door to the car. Now I can take my time and don't have to peak out to see if the neighbours are in their yards before I load up a rifle into my truck.
