Swiss arms black special loose optics rail

I bought a Swiss arms black special off EE not too long ago with the aftermarket optics rail. I just mounted my optic tonight and I noticed the rail is loose. Can someone shine some light on how to tighten this?
 
There is a tensioning screw at the rear of the rail (just in front of the rear sight base) that will push the rail tighter into the front dovetail.
The rail might also have set screws in the sides of it to act as jam screws so the tensioning screw does not back off.
 
I tried tightening the tension screw but it does not tighten to my liking. The front is somewhat still loose. It is really noticeable when I mounted on my heavish optic
 
Hmmm.....something doesn't sound right.
I would take the rail off and inspect the front dovetail in the receiver and the corresponding groove in the bottom of the rail.
I would also check the tensioning screw, ensuring it isn't stripped or stripping within the rail on tightening.
 
take it to a machine shop and have them put in new screws. I did this and they made a better product out of the original mount
