I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Swiss classic + Kyle rail and the Burris PEPR mounts? What kind of scope could you mount on it? Thanks.+

Not a PEPR, but same idea. It's an ADM 30mm Recon mount and Trijicon TR24G.

The rear occular bell has a small 'gap' that JUUUUST fits right where the dipoter comes to it's highest point.

It's a KPA rail as well.

I have that setup on my SAN. Burris PEPR, Hawke 6.5x20 tactical scope, which is excellent for the money and the Kyle rail. Its an excellent set up with lots of clearance over the rrear diopter. I'm really happy with the set up.

The Kyle rail came loose while shooting so I put a drop of blue Locktite on the screw that tightens it down.

Go for it.

Thanks guys. I ended up ordering YHM-227A extended riser from Fabsport since I already have rings. I'll post result when I get it.

Sweet! How's the Nill pistol grip working for you? The angle looks slightly different from the SAN grip... bet it's comfy though. Does the trigger guard still move, or is it recessed into the grip?
Cheers

haha I had to go look. No the trigger guard doesn't move anymore. No biggie.

Its quite a bit larger that the OE pistol grip but it is comfy. It also seems to make the length of pull shorter and I had to move the scope forward a touch. I almost wish I could get a longer stock now.

I got tired of that stock bi-pod also and pre drilled a hole and screwed in a sling swivil and then poured some JB Weld around it inside the hand guard. Works really good with my Harris bi-pod.

Crazy, I never even noticed the bipod, sweet setup!

Yeah no biggie about the trigger guard, just looked like it was recessed so thought I'd ask ;). Nice detail actually...

I'm still flip-floppin' over the Nill grip, glad to hear you like it - maybe I'll get one yet!

Cheers

Finally got the chance to mount a scope:

The extended raiser is not quick detachable as it needs to be slid over the Kyle rail.
