How do you tell the difference (besides price) between a Swiss Arms cheekrest for a Classic Green and the airsoft copy? Also, how do they attach to the stock? Thanks.

Good question. It is very hard to tell the difference between the two. I've seen incredibly convincing airsoft versions.
There are a few things I look for. First, the plastic must feel right and the color must match. Must be branded with the SiG logo. Fit and finish must be on par with the stock that it will be used on. Should have date molded into it as well as it may say "Weidmann" on the underside.
The cheek piece simply snaps over the bridge of the stock. It is not easily knocked off but it will come off when you want it to.

Thanks angryeyebrows. Is it one molded piece or are there a clamping pieces inside as well (ie is it a multi-piece design)?
It's one piece. It fit snuggly on two locations in the stock. I use it with a ATN scope and it works very well.
