Swiss Arms CQB - legal in USA?

they are not because they are not made in the US. they have a ban on the import of non-sporting weapons. This made shure that every gun maker would open a manifacturing plan in the US since its the bigest market anyway

also that particular model has a less then 16 inches barrel so in the US it would be a class 3 gun SBR. So to own one pepole would have to pay taxes and apply to a security check just like a machine gun

American shooters have hated those rules since day1. It started to really hurt when the Miami Vice movie featured a CQB and people started to want "one of those"

Transferable SIG 550 are running in the $8-$10K range...and higher. Can't recall seeing a single legally transferable SIG 552 for sale in recent memory. If such a beast exists, believe me, it'll probably sell for double what the 550 fetchs.
