For the CQB owners,

In the newer production CQB, I noticed somebody open their upper and the spring went flying out. I didn't recall this was the case in the original CQB operating system. Is the spring supposed to pop out on the new operating system or was it not properly re-assembled by the owner?

It appeared you could cycle the handle.
