Hey guys. Just looking for a bit of information if anyone has any. I have an older Swiss Arms classic green with the old style font for the markings and serial number, older style night sights, etc. The lower however does not have a serial number but appears to be the original receiver based on wear and finish. Has anyone ever seen a Swiss arms rifle that did not have a serialized lower? I am just trying to figure out if it is original or a replacement at some point, or even how to find that out. No sir. It’s a Swiss stamped steel lower for proprietary mags.
Necro post here but wondering if anyone has some information? I have found spare lowers from SAN that don't have serial #s but they have date codes and other markings, etc. whereas mine has none. My buddy was asking why mine didn't have one and it made me think about this thread and how I never found out for myself. Any SAN/Sig experts around??
