Yes.
North eastern arms (CGN dealer) sells Swiss arms lower receivers that accept AR15 magazines.

You NEA guys should try to bring some Swiss Arms uppers and fit them to your lowers and sell them as complete rifle packages. I'd buy one. Methinks many others would too!
