I know a tailor who can make you one if you have a pattern or detailed photographs.

I was able to find a full stainless kit on Ebay that I had shipped from PA I think. I ended up paying around $60 for it including the shipping which was a little pricey, but worth it to me. I think it was Canada Ammo was selling the Tragia stove and wind guard for dirt cheap last year and I bought one of them prior to the full kit from ebay so now I'm able to cook in the deep pot and the pan at the same time

I purchased a couple of Strumgewehre ammo pooches from Guisan a couple of years ago ... WAY cheaper then e-bay... think it was like $70 for both and that included shipping
