On the armalytics page for the Swiss 1882 revolver, there's the description that
"serial number rationalization from the Bern factory records confirm that the last serial number made in 1897 was 7508 and 1898 began with serial number 7509."
Does anyone know if the P-Prefix revolvers fall in the same serial number range, or if there is a separate date range for them?
I tried looking online and found this page that says they might fall in a different serial range: https://www.swisswaffen.com/model-1882-ordnance-revolver/r82/wbnrxzqdsju6#manufacturingdates
Does this mean that the P-Prefix ones are not antique?
