Will a G2 back powder barrel fit the older Contender model? I have a TC in 7-30W and am wondering if I can fit a bp barrel to it. I guessing that the fore end might be an issue but I can always make one if I have to.

G2 barrels are interchangeable with first generation Contender frames.
The 209-50 barrel will undoubtedly require a different fore-end due to the ram rod.
