I want to put on a picatiny rail and rings, so I can switch scope to different rifles. What do you guys recommend? And where should I purchase from? It's a .243
 
For a tikka I would use a near manufacturing rail, they are pricey but the nicest ones I have used yet. There are other options farrel makes them egw makes them and tikka has one as well. I have all of the above except the factory one and the near is by far the nicest one. It's also make right here in Canada in camrose Alberta
 
I bought mine from MT Tacticial out of Montana. They make with out of aluminum ($49) and steel ($89), come in both 0 and 20 MOA and they'll ship directly to Canada. It fits like a glove...
