T33 regular shooting

just wanted to ask who here is shooting their T33 on a regular basis?
I've been trying to decide if the Dominion Arms P762 from canada ammo is worth it or should I just stick with shooting the t33 as my main high caliber.
does this make sence to you ...I like shooting my tok but it small in my hands and wouldn't mind a more modern gun that shoots that lovely cheaper surplus ammo
I asked canada ammo and the P762 is a from same plant as norinco and based off the p226 that shoots the t33 ammo.
no one has purchased this gun and has commented on it mags will be ready for sale next year as per canada ammo aswell
I can't choose.
Im also looking at the dominion arms 1911 anyone have one of these?

I just got my new Dominion Arms P762 in the mail from Canada Ammo on Thursday. I hope to get it to the range today or tomorrow weather permitting. One thing I can say is that the grip is huge! I have pretty big hands (I wear XL gloves) and while it's OK for me any bigger and I'd have issues wrapping my hand around it. I question the choice of a thick, wrap around rubber grip on a frame that's already oversize. Thin plastic grips with nothing around the front strap might have been a better way to go.

Another thing I noticed is that the trigger is so far forward when the gun isn't cocked that you can barely squeeze your finger in between it and the front of the trigger guard. I expect that this long awkward pull, combined with a very heavy DA trigger, will mean that double action shots will not be this guns strong suit.

The fit and finish on the gun seems OK considering the price

I've been emailing canada ammo about this gun as not much info on net about it I've tried youtube and still nothing
can you upload some pics of it today .
I'm into guns that don't need to look nice but feel good and go bang when I shoot them though my t33 once warmed up I keep having to smack the slide forward as it keeps sticking during shooting, Im guessing and read its cause of the surplus ammo
I'm told no extra mags till next year
wont fit p226 holsters though Im told
waiting for range report as Im on the fence buy or not buy...I'm cheap and prefer to shoot cheap ammo so this may be a purchase for me
