T97 first test drive. Warning graphic pics

So after finishing one heckuva crazy nightshift I decided I head out to the parents farm to do a quick sight in I my new T97. It has the FTU and a Burris AR536 mounted.

Bore sighted with a laser to get a rough estimate a few days ago.

Drove the quad up the hill only to meet a flurry of activity from the current underground residents. I'm pretty sure they were calling me on seeing as they haven't seen me with that rifle before

Well the thought the home advantage belonged to them! No matter. I figured that a couple shots aimed about 2" high outta do.

Well it did!
Pics or it didn't happen

All in I managed a confirmed 10 gophers with probably another 6 in a matter of 3 min.

Then I remembered I came out to zero my rifle!

Don't have a pic but a standing shooter like myself printing .3" groups at 25 yards makes me happy using Norc ammo. Winchester HP were used in the destruction of vermin - not to worry!

I'm thinking this is going to be a wonderful summer!

yes sir!!!!! i took mine out last weekend .5 in at 30 yards..just kept making the bullet hole bigger until the bullet go through a half inch hole in the paper. thats with cheap chinese ammo. the gun runs flawlessly and accurate too. best thousand bucks i ever spent. anybody out there want a good range or pest control gun norc t-97 is the gun

I have an Eotech on mine and it shoots a one hole group at 25 yards and about 2 inches at 50 yards. It is one of the early ones and it has the barrel gouge.
