T97 Norinco barrel removal

Has anyone had any luck removing the barrel and getting it threaded in 1/2×28. There are a few pins holding the barrel in. I think they might need to be pressed out. I got the original muzzle device off just wanting to get something threaded on there now. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I Suggest contacting Dlask Arms. I believe they have threaded a T97 before. They may require the whole rifle.

will do thanks, iv got no problem shipping it somewhere, without a muzzle device it just looks so friggin weird haha
