Blasphemy!!!

"Some of them run great"!! Although I'll never own a T97, that information is reassuring. Why all the hate for HK bacon1337?

I have to agree with Brordo, I've owned and shot a number of nice HK's. Sold my Mark 23, HK45 and P7M8, but still have two left in my safe.

Anyway, here's this Old CGN'er having some fun with an early 80's built HK MP5 at Scottsdale GC. The guy you see in the video told me the gun had well over 150,000 rounds put through it.

Let's see how long these semi auto Norinco T97's last!!

Now, a Tavor may be added to my safe some day soon.

I think it was a little razzing. Love em or hate em HKs are tough little smoke wagons. My biggest concern with the T97 is the barrel gouging. I'd have to hand pick one to commit to buying it. Don't forget, you can still get these on the EE for $1100 used! Better jump on em

I asked to see one on the shelf at CRAFM today.
The sights are crap and the ergonomics seem all wrong to me.
A right handed shooter must move their right hand from the grip to release the mag as far as I can tell.
It seems counter intuitive.
