Tac lights avaliable for Mark 23?

I am curious if there are any tactical light that civilians can purchase for the HK Mark 23. I know streamlight manufactures the L.A.M. (Laser Aiming Modual) but this is prohibited for civilian ownership.

I've got an M2 UTL (Universal Tactical Light) for my HK Tactical .45, but I'm planning to get the Mark 23...ONLY if there is a light avaliable for it. It just seems too plain with out the sound suppressor and the L.A.M. on the rail mount. But since I cannot get the sound suppressor...I'd seddle for the light, any light for that matter.

Does anyone have a MARK 23 with a tac light?.....do you know of any tac lights that can be purchased?

I have owned Mark 23's, but have never looked into light options. Post a query on the www.hkpro.com boards.

I looked into it myself a few months ago. Basically there is nothing off-the-shelf and USP series stuff will not fit.

A place or two had an experimental adapter but no other news on that. Insight makes a unit especially for the Mark 23, but it costs...

Yeah well I know Surefire makes an adapter so that any light can be used for the H&K pistols heard it costs around $100
