Agreed.
But why can't it be relabelled?
Seems to me 5 minutes with a stamp beats explaining to a judge the reasonings for your actions.
Plus it's got to be cheaper than the lawyer...

This makes the most sense to me, you're then correctly identifying the design of the barrel.
