Tac stock for a mini 14???

Hey all, recently picked up a mini 14 and I want to put a tac stock on it, the big question is, should it be the ATI or the tapco ??? or is there something better out there?? any info is appreiciated

There is a Sage stock made for the Mini - someone here has one, but I'm not sure how available they are.

In my case the troy stocks are less than ideal as I have the target mini14, and I likely want to keep the scope, the massive uni rail kills that.

I didn't like the Tapco, It was too flexible and 'cheap' feeling. Love Mini's though.

Huh I've heard the same about the ati stocks what are you using then???

I have a choate stock on mine, and it feels great. I find all the pistol grip stocks look a little odd on mini14s and m-14s for that matter. I wish boyds made a thumbhole stock for these, my boyds stock on my 'rinco m14wannabe feels awesome, but they only make the stock for ruger, not aftermarket.

To me, poly is utilitarian. Cheap feeling, but effective. Try before you buy if you can, you may hate it.
