Here's mine. I put a Bushnell "Trophy" red dot on it in 1999. Bought a butler Creek "Carbon Fiber" combo in 2002. I wouldn't hesitate to do all over again, I love this set up! 5lbs loaded!

It is a very accurate little rifle. I also agree about the steel lips mags, I have a bunch of hot lips and they are really becoming a jamming pain in the ass.
That has a sort of AC556-type look to it. What components did you use to achieve that? Not that it's a considerable stretch since both are ruger rifles, but still.
Well without a doubt the 10/22 is the best made autoloader in.22, sold my 10/22 for a .22 conversion kit for my CAR-15. Here is my Charter Arms AR-7, shot terribly until I bevelled the feedramp, and polished the parts.
